As an Engineering Manager at Schering Plough he led the development of twelve Automation Projects—the structure of Alpha-Interferon was discovered using a single crystal grown on a Robotic Protein Crystallization system he led the development of. Krishna has an MBA from Harvard Business School & Masters in Computer Engineering and BS, Computer Science from Cornell University. Krishna has held positions with varying levels of responsibilities at Millipore, Symantec, Amazon, Microsoft and at IBM. At Microsoft, he worked on developing strategy for emerging markets. He supported sales transformation and financial justification for the Asia, Pacific, and European regions for Symantec Corporation. ![]() Spale Bjelica Versatile design engineer with extensive experience in design of 100+ automatic and semi-automatic packaging and high-speed production solutions worldwide. Guiding engineering development teams in the design, redesign, and launch of leading-edge packaging and industrial manufacturing solutions. Proficient in development, implementation, and management of ISO and Lean Manufacturing projects and process strategies, including FDA and Clean Room manufacturing environments. Talented in forging solid relationships with strategic partners and building consensus across organizational levels to ensure smooth, quality-controlled product launches from concept through successful commercialization. ![]() John A. Vennari has over 15 years of experience in Business Development of which the last 10 years has been in the Inhalation Drug industry. John developed and presented key technologies that reinvented and transformed the nasal and pulmonary global testing business for Major Pharmaceutical Companies. As the Vice President of Sales for Proveris Scientific Corporation, he successfully introduced the SprayVIEW family of non-impaction technologies to the nasal and pulmonary industry to virtually eliminate user subjectivity when characterizing nasal and pulmonary devices. His achievements, were recognized by the nasal and pulmonary industry and the FDA, resulted in setting new ‘industry standards’. The FDA reflected this success, as described in the Guidance for Industry Bioavailability and Bioequivalence Studies for Nasal Aerosols and Nasal Sprays for Local Action documentation. As the Director, Business Development for Pulmonary and Nasal Analytical Services for West Pharmaceutical Services he led West’s New Pulmonary and Nasal Services Business Initiative. He also provided business development, key account management, method development, and training and support services to transition major pharmaceutical companies and industry pace setters to meet the numerous demands of pulmonary/nasal CMC and BABE development programs. John has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
